Terms of Use
1. Introduction and acceptance of the terms
Virava Auto Content (“Virava”, the “service”) is an SEO-optimized article writing system with a workflow from idea to publication, developed and operated by Wiwi Agency (“Wiwi”, “we”, “us”). The service consists of: the WordPress plugin “Virava Auto Content”, the Chrome browser extension “Virava – Rank Checker”, and the content server at content.wiwi.vn. By clicking “Connect website”, creating a content request or topping up credits, you (the “user”, being the organization or individual administering the website) agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Data Processing and AI Use Notice and the Credit and Payment Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. Services
- Suggesting article ideas and preparing the information for each article according to the direction you enter.
- The processing steps for an article: research, search intent identification, de-duplication against existing articles, outlining, drafting, SEO editing, illustrative images and multi-layer checks.
- Delivering articles to your WordPress site according to your choice: save as draft, schedule, or publish immediately. You can always review and edit an article before it is published.
- Tracking keyword rankings through the browser extension and (optionally) submitting URLs to Google Search Console using your Google account.
We may improve, change or discontinue a feature. Changes that materially reduce your rights will be notified in advance in accordance with Section 11.
Trial sales period: during the first 30 days, the service is open only to 3 client websites invited by Wiwi and Wiwi’s internal websites; this round has no promotions or separate bonus credits. The 30 days is the period during which Wiwi monitors the trial sales round, not an expiration period for credits: purchased credits still do not expire when the trial sales round ends. Websites not on the list can still connect but cannot yet create chargeable requests or top-up orders; the plugin displays “Site is temporarily locked. Contact Wiwi.”. During this period Wiwi may limit the number of requests and temporarily stop accepting new requests; articles that have already been accepted will still be processed in accordance with the Credit and Payment Policy.
3. Website connection and security
- Connection can only be performed by a WordPress administrator. The server verifies website administrator rights before issuing a connection key; you do not need to, and must not, send us your WordPress password.
- Each website has its own credit wallet. The connection key is stored encrypted in your WordPress site; you are responsible for protecting the website’s administrator rights and rotating the key (Credit → Connection key → Rotate key) if you suspect it has been exposed.
- You are responsible for requests sent from a connected website, including those made by other WordPress users whom you allow to create articles.
- When a domain has been connected from a different WordPress installation, Wiwi may require confirmation before allowing reconnection in order to protect the website’s wallet.
4. Automatically generated content
Articles, ideas and illustrative images are generated automatically by a system that uses artificial intelligence (AI); see details in the Data Processing and AI Use Notice. Accordingly:
- Content may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You must read, verify (especially figures, prices, and medical, legal and financial information) and edit it before publishing.
- You are the one who decides to publish, and you are responsible for the content published on your website.
- Do not present automatically generated content as written by, or reflecting the real-life experience of, a specific person when that person has not edited or confirmed it. Automatically generated illustrative images are not real photographs and must not be used to depict real people, events or products as if they were real photographs.
- The plugin has an option to display a note stating “content assisted by AI” at the end of an article. Obligations to label AI-generated content that are mandatory under law are handled separately and do not depend on this option. If the law or the platform you use requires additional labeling, you are responsible for labeling when publishing.
- Virava supports SEO optimization but does not guarantee any search ranking, traffic, revenue or business result.
5. Prohibited content
You must not use the service to create or publish content that:
- violates the laws of Vietnam, or infringes national security, social order, or fine customs and traditions;
- infringes the intellectual property rights, trade secrets, privacy, honor or reputation of others;
- is fraudulent, or constitutes deliberate misinformation, false advertising or fake reviews;
- is medical, legal or financial content that may cause harm if not reviewed by an expert;
- is spam, junk pages, or manipulation of search results contrary to search engine policies.
Requests are currently checked by the AI provider’s content safety filter. A request rejected by the filter is stopped permanently, no credits are charged, and it cannot be continued; you need to adjust the content (topic, keywords, notes) and then create a new request. Wiwi may temporarily lock a website for serious or repeated violations.
6. Rights in content and software
- Data you provide (brand information, ideas, keywords, reference materials) remains yours. You grant Wiwi the right to use that data only to the extent necessary to provide the service.
- Output content (articles, illustrative images) is delivered to you for use, editing and publication. Wiwi does not retain ownership of content delivered to you. Copyright in automatically generated content may be limited by law; you should make your own assessment when protection is needed.
- You warrant that you have the right to use the materials, links and logos you enter into the system (including logos watermarked onto images).
- The WordPress plugin is distributed under the GPLv2 license or later. The “Virava” name and logo, the content server and the accompanying documentation belong to Wiwi Agency.
7. Credits, payment and limits
The service is charged in credits, topped up in advance into the website’s wallet. Top-ups, calculation, reservations and credit refunds are governed by the Credit and Payment Policy. To ensure quality for all users, the system applies limits on the number of requests being processed, on the request submission rate, and on the daily spending limit that you set.
8. Third-party services
Some features use third-party services: an AI provider for drafting content, Google Search (read in your own browser via the extension), Google Search Console and Google Drive (using your Google account), and banks and payment reconciliation gateways. Use of those services is also subject to the providers’ terms. Wiwi is not responsible for interruptions or changes on the part of third parties, but will not charge credits for processing that fails due to system errors.
9. Suspension, maintenance and termination
- The service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, upgrades or incident handling; pending requests are retained and processing resumes when possible.
- Disconnection: you may stop using the service at any time by removing the connection or uninstalling the plugin. Access is then revoked and synchronization stops; the wallet and credits are not closed or deleted. Articles already delivered to WordPress remain on your website.
- Closing the service on request: within 30 days you may request an export of your data; after that, Wiwi deletes the website’s content data on the server (see the Privacy Policy).
- Violation of the Terms: Wiwi may block the creation of new requests by a website that is in violation, shows signs of payment fraud or harms the system. In that case Wiwi retains evidence, notifies you of the reason and allows you to file a complaint. Wiwi does not unilaterally confiscate remaining purchased credits; settlement and refunds follow the Credit and Payment Policy. Credits showing signs of fraud are withheld for verification.
10. Limitation of liability
- Virava does not guarantee search rankings, traffic or revenue. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing.
- Wiwi is responsible for the service it provides in accordance with these Terms and with the law. To the extent permitted by law, Wiwi’s total liability for claims relating to the service shall not exceed the total service fees you paid to Wiwi in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
- This limitation does not apply to liability that the law does not permit to be excluded or limited, including consumer rights under the law on consumer rights protection.
11. Changes to the terms
- Changes are notified at least 30 days before they take effect, through the plugin and by email if you have provided one. The update date is shown at the top of the page.
- Adverse changes do not apply retroactively to credits already purchased or to articles/requests accepted before the effective date.
- Urgent changes for system security reasons or to comply with the law may take effect immediately, accompanied by a notice clearly stating the reason.
- If you do not agree with a change, you may stop using the service and request that your credits be handled in accordance with the Credit and Payment Policy. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you agree to the new terms.
12. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes shall preferably be resolved through negotiation; if no resolution is reached within 30 days, either party may bring the dispute before the competent People’s Court at the place where Wiwi has its head office.
