Credit and Payment Policy
Service provider: WIWI Co., Ltd., tax code 0316249219. Head office: 140/18/31/30 TX22, Thoi An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Business office: 39A Nguyen Van Dau, Binh Loi Trung Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
1. What credits are
- Credits are the unit used to charge for Virava services, topped up in advance into the wallet of the connected website. 1 credit = 100 VND at top-up. Each website has its own wallet, unless Wiwi configures a shared wallet for websites with the same root domain at your request; the Credit page in the plugin always displays the scope of the wallet.
- A website must top up credits for the first time to unlock article creation.
- Credits are used for Virava services; they are not cryptocurrency or a means of payment and cannot be transferred to another website’s wallet. Credits may be converted into money only in accordance with Section 5.
2. Purchased credits and bonus credits
- Purchased credits (topped up by bank transfer) do not expire, including when the trial sales round ends.
- Bonus credits (gifted, promotional or compensatory credits from Wiwi) are recorded separately in the Credit history (“Credits added by Wiwi”), cannot be converted into money, and do not substitute for the first top-up required to unlock article creation. Bonus credits currently have no separate expiration period; if a particular bonus round has an expiration period, it will be clearly stated when you receive the credits.
- The wallet currently has a single combined balance: each deduction is taken from the combined balance, without distinguishing between purchased credits and bonus credits.
- Refunded credits (Section 4) are added back to the wallet balance.
3. Topping up credits and invoices
- Top up by bank transfer via a VietQR code generated in the plugin (Credit → Top up credits). Available amounts: 100,000 VND, 200,000 VND, 500,000 VND, 1,000,000 VND; or any other amount from 50,000 VND. The number of credits to be received is displayed as soon as the order is created.
- The transfer description has the form
VRVYOURDOMAINCOM 1000: a prefix, the website’s domain name written without spaces using only letters and digits, followed by the number of credits. The plugin displays exactly this description together with the QR code; the QR code is displayed for 10 minutes. Please transfer the exact amount with the exact transfer description so that the system can add the credits automatically, usually within a few minutes. Transactions are reconciled automatically via SePay (the bank transaction reconciliation party). - Credits are always added based on the amount actually received as reported by the bank: every 100 VND = 1 credit; any remainder below 100 VND is not converted into credits. Transfers made after the countdown expires are still credited.
- Underpayment or overpayment relative to the order, or a repeated transfer using the same QR code: the system still adds credits based on the amount actually received and alerts Wiwi for review; overpayments or duplicate transfers made by mistake are refunded in accordance with Section 5.
- The website cannot be identified from the transfer description, the transfer was made to a different account, or the amount is below 100 VND: the system does not add credits yet, and the transaction awaits review and manual handling by Wiwi; you may contact us with your receipt.
- Invoices: the plugin currently does not have fields for entering invoicing information. When you need an invoice, send the entity name, tax code, address and email for receiving invoices, together with the top-up order ID, through the contact channel in Section 8; Wiwi’s accounting team will record and process it. Wiwi issues electronic invoices in accordance with regulations for top-ups. The type of service, tax rate and time of invoice issuance are determined by Wiwi’s accounting department in accordance with tax law.
4. How credits are calculated for each request
- Advance estimate: before creation, the plugin displays the maximum credits for the article (with images / without images) or for an idea suggestion run. You can set a credit cap for each article.
- Usage-based, not a fixed price per article: the credits for an article or an idea suggestion run are calculated based on the actual AI processing of that specific request, according to the price list in effect when the request is created. Subsequent changes to the price list do not apply to requests already created.
- Only actual processing is charged: the credits actually deducted are usually lower than the maximum. When a step begins, the system reserves a portion of the credits; when the step finishes, the unused portion is returned to the wallet. Credits are deducted once when the article ends (completed or canceled).
- Reaching the cap: if an article would need to exceed the cap you set, the system stops and asks you to raise the cap or cancel; it does not automatically deduct beyond the cap.
- Insufficient credits: the article is paused at the current step; top up and then click “Resume”, and steps already completed are not charged again.
- Cancellation: credits are charged only for the steps completed before cancellation.
- No credits are charged for: processing that fails due to errors on the server side or on the service provider’s side (you can click “Resume” to retry, up to 3 times per article; beyond this number of attempts, please contact support with the request ID); requests rejected by the content safety filter (such a request is stopped permanently and cannot be continued; please adjust the content and then create a new request); retrying delivery of an article to WordPress (the article is not redrafted).
- The system is handling many requests: when the queue is full, new requests are not yet accepted and no credits are reserved; the plugin automatically resubmits later (without creating duplicates or charging twice).
- Credit refunds: if an article has been charged credits but has an error attributable to Wiwi, Wiwi refunds credits to the wallet, up to the number of credits charged for that article; each refund has a stated reason and is recorded in the Credit history.
- Your limits: you can set an alert threshold for when daily spending exceeds a certain level and a maximum daily spending limit (Credit → Alerts and limits).
- You can always see: the estimate before creation, the credit cap you agreed to, and the credits actually deducted for each article / each request (on the article screen and the Ideas screen in the plugin).
- Every deduction, reservation, return and credit refund is recorded in the Credit history together with the article ID or request ID.
5. Refunds
- Duplicate or erroneous transactions (transferring twice, transferring the wrong amount): refunded after Wiwi verifies the transaction.
- Unused purchased credits: you may request a refund of unused purchased credits within 30 days from the top-up date.
- Money is refunded to the account used for payment, processed within 7 business days from when Wiwi receives complete information (top-up order ID, receipt, refund receiving account).
- Bonus credits cannot be converted into money.
- Credits refunded due to system errors are returned to the wallet in accordance with Section 4 and cannot be converted into money.
6. Disconnection, closure of the service, suspension
- Disconnecting the website: the plugin’s access is revoked and synchronization stops. The wallet and credits are not closed or deleted; credits can continue to be used upon reconnection (Wiwi may require confirmation if connecting from a different WordPress installation).
- Closing the service at your request: within 30 days you may request Wiwi to export the website’s data (through the contact channel in Section 8); remaining purchased credits are handled in accordance with Section 5. Data export and deletion are currently carried out manually by Wiwi upon receipt of the request.
- Violation of the Terms: Wiwi blocks the creation of new requests, retains evidence, notifies you of the reason and allows you to file a complaint. Wiwi does not unilaterally confiscate remaining purchased credits: the unused portion is settled and refunded, except for amounts with a lawful basis (for example, compensation for damages that has been determined). Credits showing signs of payment fraud are withheld for verification.
7. Changes to this policy
Changes are notified at least 30 days in advance through the plugin and by email, if available. Adverse changes do not apply retroactively to credits already purchased or to articles/requests accepted before the effective date.
